Postage & Packaging

 

All prices quoted are for mainland U.K. addresses EXCLUDING the Highlands and Islands. Please contact us before you buy to enable us to give you a quote for delivery. We will combine postage costs where possible to save you money. Collections from our trade counters is possible.

Overseas customers due to the size and weight of a lot of our items it is not normally economically viable for us to be able to deliver to you. We will however be happy to give you a quote on request. Courier deliveries.

We use a national network of couriers Most of the deliveries arrive next day. Our liability ends with a clear signature obtained by the courier.

Returns

All of our descriptions are as accurate as possible. Returns are only accepted for faulty goods in which case a replacement or repair will be offered. A refund will only be offered where a replacement or repair is not available. This does not effect your statutory rights.

If an item develops a fault after the 28 day cooling off period then your item will be covered by our standard 3 month warranty (unless other wiser stated). We would require the item to be sent back to us for a warranty repair or replacement. We will not under any circumstances offer a full refund after the 28 day cooling off period. If your item develops a fault and your warranty has expired we will do our best to arrange a repair for you if we can (subject to parts being available) but this service is not guaranteed and will be chargeable to you the customer.

Delivery Costs

Please note, delivery is calculated once the order has been received.

Once we receive your order, we will contact you for payment for your goods and inform you of delivery costs.

There is a next-day delivery option. if you wish to use this service, please ask when contacted and we will supply a price.
